Charles is a Chartered Construction professional with 20 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. He has worked with leading global consultancies, contractors, and high-profile clients, before founding Kent Construction Consultants, now one of the region’s top independent, award-winning multidisciplinary practices, recognised for delivering bespoke, market-leading services across the construction sector.
His career spans prestigious projects in the United Kingdom and United States, including Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island resort and private residence. Charles has collaborated with world-renowned architects and design teams on multiple award-winning, high-impact schemes. At Turner & Townsend, he built specialist expertise in health, education, and science sectors, laying the groundwork for the firm’s diverse nationwide portfolio.
Recognised by chartered institutions for advancing modern construction methods, sustainability, and net-zero delivery, Charles is a driving force behind the firm’s ethos. He combines market intelligence with cross-sector collaboration to create long-term, people- and planet-focused value. Manraj began his career with global cost consultancy Turner & Townsend in London, gaining hands-on experience on public and private sector projects exceeding £50 million while completing his degree at London South Bank University. His strong delivery record drove rapid progression into senior leadership, where he developed both strategic and technical expertise.
With a proven track record in managing multimillion-pound schemes from inception to completion, Manraj specialises in commercial and residential development. He is skilled in client relationship management, cost control, programme oversight, and quality assurance. As Director at Kent Construction Consultants, he shapes business strategy, leads London operations, and manages a high-performing team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. His leadership was pivotal in achieving ISO 9001 accreditation, underpinned by quality systems he helped to design and implement.
A trained Mental Health First Aider, Manraj drives the firm’s mental health and social engagement programmes, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. He mentors graduates and apprentices through structured professional pathways and actively supports charitable initiatives for mental health and vulnerable communities. Under his guidance, Kent Construction Consultants, an RICS-regulated practice and Southeast training partner for the Chartered Institute of Building, continues to invest in employee development, driving a culture of growth, inclusion, and social responsibility.

Elliott joined the practice as Associate Director, bringing over a decade’s experience from a leading consultancy. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with a First Class Honours degree from Anglia Ruskin University, he has delivered complex projects across education, residential, commercial, industrial, technology, heritage, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, with values ranging from £200,000 to £100 million.
At Kent Construction Consultants, Elliott leads the Kent-based team, overseeing flagship projects such as the Eurotunnel redevelopment and major schemes for Kent County Council through their Major Construction Framework. His expertise spans bank monitoring, expert witness roles, detailed measurement, BIM, and advanced software tools, supported by PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation.
Elliott’s leadership covers roles as Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Employers’ Agent, and Project Manager. He is recognised for driving excellence in project delivery, managing high-performing teams, and building lasting client relationships across the Group.
Jonathan Davies

Jonathan joined the practice bringing over 25 years’ experience in business leadership and project delivery across the UK and Europe. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), he specialises in NEC4 contracts and has successfully led complex, high-value projects in sectors including banking, government, higher education, commercial, residential, Grade I listed heritage buildings, and social housing.
He has extensive experience delivering public sector frameworks, including SCAPE, ensuring efficient, compliant procurement for construction and infrastructure projects. His expertise covers risk management, project controls, change management, claims, financial reporting, cost analysis, and procurement. As Head of Growth at Kent Construction Consultants, Jonathan drives internal professional development, mentors staff through RICS qualifications, and leads CPD programmes.
An active RICS Southern Board member, Jonathan champions social value initiatives and serves as both an APC assessor and a member of the Professional Engagement Panel for the University of Reading’s Estate Management programme. He remains committed to developing the next generation of industry talent.

James joined Kent Construction Consultants bringing over 12 years of experience as a Chartered Consultant with expertise in civil engineering projects, residential development and delivering complex, commercially robust outcomes.
As one of the firm’s earliest employees, he has played a pivotal role in its growth, progressing from Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to leading a team overseeing some of Kent’s most prestigious schemes as Associate Director. Since graduating from the University of Greenwich, James has delivered projects across Kent, Surrey, and London, including schemes exceeding £50 million. His capabilities span cost planning, procurement, technical and design management, contract variations, and design changes, ensuring projects meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Promoted in 2025, James combines his procurement and civils expertise with a passion for sustainable and innovative construction. Working closely with design teams from project inception, he guides clients through policy and commercial challenges to deliver optimal, future-ready outcomes.

Chyna joined Kent Construction Consultants as Business Development Manager, leading all business-related functions including new client acquisition, operational management, and strategic growth initiatives. With over a decade’s experience as a high-net-worth broker in Central London, she brings a proven ability to build and lead effective teams, foster collaboration, and drive sustained business performance.
She has been instrumental in securing ISO 9001 accreditation and is currently leading the firm’s journey towards ISO 14001 certification. Chyna manages company accreditations, champions sustainability, and drives efforts to position the practice as a net zero carbon organisation. Her remit spans practice development, commercial oversight, staff training, and coordination of corporate and social events, all while promoting a positive, engaged workplace culture.
Actively involved in community engagement and team-building initiatives, Chyna plays a pivotal role in aligning business operations with the firm’s strategic objectives. As the practice expands its workforce and office locations, she ensures seamless operations and robust quality assurance processes, underpinning the firm’s continued growth and success.
