Thoughtful Residential Redevelopment

The scheme involves the sensitive refurbishment, extension, and adaptive reuse of the existing Grade II listed building and its associated ancillary structures. The completed development will offer 27 well-designed residential units, including a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses, tailored to meet diverse community needs.
