Appointed to deliver both Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, Kent Construction Consultants oversaw the project from inception through to its successful completion in 2022, under a JCT Design and Build Contract. Our Quantity Surveying team provided detailed cost planning, procurement strategy, cost control, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Through meticulous cost management and value engineering, we ensured that the project maintained financial integrity while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance. 

Concurrently, our Project Management team administered all facets of project delivery, including programme management, risk assessment, contract administration, and coordination of key stakeholders. We facilitated effective collaboration between Kinovo, Hexagon Housing Association, the Principal Contractor DCB Construction, and On Architecture, the design lead. Our proactive management approach ensured alignment with client objectives, timely decision-making, and rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements. By implementing robust project controls and continuous site monitoring, we mitigated risks, optimised resources, and ensured the development was delivered on schedule.
