Exclusive Countryside Residential Development
Kent Construction Consultants were appointed as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for an exclusive rural development commissioned by a high-net-worth private client. This prestigious scheme involved the demolition of former agricultural buildings and the construction of four bespoke, architect-designed residences set within the picturesque Kent countryside.
Traditional Craftsmanship with Modern Efficiency
Each home was individually designed to reflect the character and charm of the local area, utilising traditional construction techniques and materials such as handmade bricks, natural timber, and Kentish ragstone. Architectural features drew inspiration from the region’s heritage, resulting in homes that are both timeless in design and sensitive to their natural surroundings.
Sustainability was a core focus throughout the development. Energy-efficient systems, high-performance insulation, and environmentally conscious construction methods were integrated to create homes that combine the warmth of traditional aesthetics with the benefits of modern performance and long-term energy savings.

We then prepared detailed Bills of Quantities and managed the tender process, including contractor selection and evaluation. Throughout the construction phase, we oversaw cost control, managed valuations and variations, and led the final account settlement process.
