Designed by acclaimed architects Flanagan Lawrence, the wider Harlow Quarter masterplan will deliver 741 high-quality new apartments, ranging from smartly designed studios to spacious three-bedroom family homes. This forward-thinking development is built around the Build to Rent model, offering long-term tenancies, professional management, and resident-focused amenities, tailored for today’s lifestyle expectations. Complementing the residential component, the scheme will also provide approximately 3,000 square metres of flexible commercial space, creating opportunities for local businesses, services, and community uses to flourish within a newly activated town centre.
