Kent Construction Consultants are proud to announce the successful delivery of The Sidings, a high-quality mixed-use development located on Station Road, Paddock Wood. Commissioned by our longstanding client, Ureco Property, the scheme reflects their strong commitment to design-led value, delivering thoughtfully crafted spaces that combine architectural quality, commercial viability, and long-term functionality. 

Comprising 14 premium apartments across two contemporary residential blocks above ground floor commercial units, The Sidings brings new homes and business opportunities to the heart of Paddock Wood. The development was delivered under a construction management (CM) route, led by our experienced in-house team, an approach that ensured close collaboration, transparency, and maximum control throughout the project lifecycle. 

Working alongside Sawkings Architects, whose innovative design approach brought architectural clarity and sensitivity to the scheme, we were able to deliver a product that exceeded expectations while maintaining programme and budget discipline. The apartments feature a mix of layouts with modern, energy-efficient specifications, while the commercial space offers flexible use for a range of local enterprises, supporting ongoing town centre growth.
